11 years into fitness

About Me

I was the fat kid. The bullied teenager who found the gym and never looked back.

I'm 33, currently 16 years into fitness, and I've lost 20 kg in three separate times — because life is real, setbacks happen, and getting back up is the actual skill nobody talks about. The most recent transformation finished just five months ago. 20 kg gone in six months. While working full time. While being a dad, soon husband, while building my fifth home gym, doing videography and regular daily tasks.

I'm not a full-time fitness entrepreneur. I work 4 days a week, 12 hours a shift, as a repair technician. Everything here was built around that job. The podcast, the YouTube channel, the training programs, the home gyms — all of it on days off, before, and after work.

I moved from The Czech Republic to the UK at 20. My son is 9 and still joins me for sessions sometimes. That keeps everything in perspective.

That's exactly why everything I do is built around one idea — helping busy people get fit and stay fit, without the gym taking over their life.
